It was released on XBOX 360, XBOX One, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 on 27 May, 2014. The open world design of this game allow players to freely roam Chicago which includes slums, urban city, and countryside. The game was a successful game because until the end of the year the game has shipped over 10 million copies. The game began to developed in 2009 and for this purpose the developers captured footage of different places of Chicago city and the game development word is shared through different Ubisoft studios worldwide. The game is much more appreciated through worldwide and been successful to get public interest and gets a positive reply of peoples all around the world. Watch Dogs broke the records of biggest first day sale of company Ubisoft and also become the biggest launch of United States. The game sold 4 million units in its first week and in japan 94000 copies and Ubisoft claim that it sold 8 million copies at the end of first week of July.

In the story of Watch Dogs, A computer hacker has to investigate the death of 11 persons and due to these deaths the bloom corporation developed Central Operating System and this system is connected to everything such as security, traffic lights, cameras, personal information and this will lead Chicago the most advanced city of the world. The player have to take control of Aiden Pierce a hacker. And when its hacking job gone wrong a killer has been sent to kill him but accidentally the killer kill his niece and when Aiden came to know about that he decide to take revenge from the people beyond this and for this purpose he took help from different friends. He also hired a fixer and a tattoo artist and a engineer. The hacker also faced many enemies to kill him like Military agents and his former crime partners that are beyond the reasons of his niece death.

Tasks:

The game start from a hackers life who had a device through which he can hack people information like their name, bank records, or even he is a criminal or not. The world is open for you from the beginning, you can go anywhere in the game where you want to. You have to complete missions through which you gain progress and new cars and guns and armors will be open for you as you progressed. Later you also find friends who help you to hack different things and who also help you to solve missions. You also find enemies whose task are to kill you and you have to fight with them and defeat them. Your friends help you to solve the different cases and to find peoples and to finish the game.

At its release Watch Dogs received 83 awards and also won two Game Critics Awards on its special type of graphics and in 2013 Watch Dogs is able to receive more than 90 awards and succeeded in acquiring the best online multiplayer game of the year and later it was become the most wanted game of the year.
