Its the best selling game of 2002. And best selling game of PlayStation 2 in 2002.Upon its release 20 millions copies were sold. The next entry in this series is GTA San Andreas.

Actually the boy came to city to become the don of the city and with the process of completion of different missions the boy got the opportunities to become a don of the Vice City and with the progress of the game the boy got too much respects in different mafia's and within his friends and through different stages of the game,he killed different bosses of the gangs and also his friends who cheat with him.When he was not in the city different gangs polluted his city with drugs and also take his friend and bosses land and when he came to know that,he not only killed all the gangs who are polluting city with drugs but also took the city in his control.And after all these circumstances the boy had to kill his best friend who are cheating with him and want to acquire his property and after his friend's death,the game ends.
